Please use this form if you are interested in joining our membership as a Dalek, Monster or Character Costumer.

General Details

Your Location:We can only accept membership applications from within the UK at this time.

Do you have a health condition that we should be made aware of? :We ask this question to ensure that we are able to support you correctly and make any reasonable adjustments. We will discuss any medical conditions and your requirements with you as part of the application process. These discussions will be treated with the strictest of confidence.

Props and Costumes (Option 1):Please select a single option from the above dropdown that you currently own and intend to join the group with. Once your membership is confirmed, you can verify further options later.

Please upload the following high resolution photographs of your prop or costume. Please write your name, the date and your email address on a piece of paper and ensure this is visable in the photographs.
Please submit:
- Front angle photo
- Left side photo
- Right side photo
- Rear angle photo

If you do not know how to use the date and time stamp feature, you may also write your name and the date on a sheet of paper and ensure that this is clearly visible in the photo. Photographs must be taken within one week of your application.

All items are subject to Leadership clearance before you are able to join us at an event.
