Both Public Liability Insurance (PLI) Only and Full Membership include the same insurance cover and member benefits. Your chosen option simply determines your account type and the level of access you have within the member portal. If you decide you’d like to be more involved in the future, you’re welcome to apply for Full Membership at any time.
Applications for Full Membership are subject to our clearance procedure.

Designed for members who attend events not organised by Charity Dalek Squad, such as your own appearances or events run by other groups (e.g. Project Dalek).

Full Membership
Full membership is ideal if you want to actively take part in events as a prop operator or costumer, and are arranged by CDS. This membership includes Public Liability Insurance (PLI).

Events & Volunteers Only
Events Only membership is perfect if you want to attend CDS events but do not require Public Liability Insurance. This option is often chosen by supporters or helpers who attend events without performing in costume.
