The policy is for the following categories based on the BBC© television series Doctor Who© and Spin-offs:
✓ Dalek operators, and their minders / spotters.
✓ Monster costumers, and their minders / spotters.
✓ Character Costumers

We apologise, but we are not accepting applications from:
✗ Props, costumes or characters from other science fiction series or any other television genres
✗ Solo or group cosplayers at this time.

Props and Costumes Photos:
Please upload the following high resolution photographs of your prop or costume. Please write your name, the date and your email address on a piece of paper and ensure this is visible in the photographs. 
Please submit:
- Front angle photo
- Left side photo
- Right side photo
- Rear angle photo
Photographs must be taken within one week of your application.
